Ltd.Position: Epic MyChart Support SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceAvailability: Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days)Role Overview:As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience.✨ Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.) - Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy - Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction - Develop and update user documentation and FAQsRequired Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, US healthcare, or customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with ticketing/documentation tools - Basic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferredPreferred Qualifications:- Prior experience supporting Epic MyChart - Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance - Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skillsCore Competencies:- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset - Attention to detail - Commitment to delivering superior customer experiencesInterested?We’d love to hear from you!
