We are seeking ambitious Account Executives to join our onsite sales teams in Bangalore and Delhi.Key Responsibilities- Own the complete sales cycle — discovery, solutioning, demo, negotiation, closure. - Work with SDRs and marketing to build a healthy and high-conversion pipeline. - Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with enterprise decision-makers. - Deliver customized product demos and collaborate with pre-sales for tailored solutions. - Engage with stakeholders in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and EdTech sectors. - Drive pricing discussions and close deals with speed and precision. - Maintain detailed and updated records in CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce). - Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. - Represent Engati at client offices, events, and roadshows in your territory.What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software selling - Prior experience with customer engagement platforms (WhatsApp API, Voice AI, bots) is a strong plus - Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills - Strong understanding of enterprise sales in India, especially in BFSI or retail verticals - Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred but not mandatory) - Based out of Bangalore or Delhi and open to daily in-person meetings/travelWhat You’ll Get- Competitive salary + uncapped incentives + ESOP opportunities - Full ownership of enterprise accounts in your region - Fast career growth in a rapidly expanding AI tech company - Exposure to cutting-edge AI solutions and high-impact clients
