BEV systems integration engineerExperience: 3-6 YearsJob Location: Bangalore/PuneNotice Period: IMD to 30 DaysRequirements:Domain / Primary Skill: ER&D-PowertrainTools: AGILE, MATLAB, Simulink, ETAS INCA, MDA, AVL Concerto.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BEV Systems Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration of complex systems within our Battery Electric Vehicle platforms. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems, with a focus on performance, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integration of vehicle systems including battery packs, power electronics, electric drive units, thermal systems, and control software. - Develop and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications. - Coordinate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure system compatibility and performance. - Support vehicle-level testing and validation, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, UNECE R100). - Manage system integration timelines and deliverables across multiple teams. - Utilize tools such as CANalyzer, MATLAB/Simulink, and vehicle simulation platforms for analysis and validation. - Document integration processes and maintain traceability of requirements and changes.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in automotive systems integration, preferably in BEV or hybrid vehicles. - Strong understanding of vehicle electrical architecture, high-voltage systems, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). - Experience with system modelling and simulation tools. - Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). - Knowledge of thermal management systems for EVs. - Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics. - Experience working in Agile development environments.
