Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (React | Python | Django)Role Summary:We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in React, Python, and Django to join our core product development team. As part of a small and collaborative team, you will be involved in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our core management systems.This role involves working across the full application stack in a real-world production environment. You will collaborate with experienced team members to design, build, and maintain secure, performant, and intuitive applications that support complex business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python/Django for the backend and React for the frontend.• Work on features across the development lifecycle, from implementation to deployment, with guidance when required.• Implement and maintain asynchronous task processing using Celery with RabbitMQ as the message broker.• Use Redis for caching, session management, and improving application performance.• Work with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, including schema usage, querying, and basic optimization.• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code while following established coding standards and best practices.• Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and implement solutions effectively.• Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and backend components.• Follow security best practices to help ensure application and data protection.• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.• Contribute to improvements in development processes, tools, and workflows.Qualifications & Experience:We are looking for a motivated developer with prior hands-on industry experience who is eager to deepen their full-stack skills in a production environment.Required:• 1–2 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.• Working knowledge of frontend development using React, including functional components, hooks, and basic state management.• Hands-on experience with Python and Django, including building REST APIs.• Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including writing queries and understanding relationships.• Basic understanding or exposure to multitenant database concepts.• Exposure to asynchronous task processing using Celery and message brokering with RabbitMQ.• Familiarity with Redis for caching, session handling, or performance-related use cases.• Good problem-solving and debugging skills in a production codebase.• Experience using Git for version control and working in a team-based development environment.• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating with team members.Preferred (Added Advantages):• Exposure to ERP/EHR systems or management software for clinics or pharmacies.• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment concepts.• Basic experience or interest in Docker and containerization.• Familiarity with frontend build tools and testing basics.• Exposure to MUI templates or similar frontend UI frameworks.Job Details:Job Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annumWork Mode: Remote (Work from Home)Schedule: Day shiftBenefits: Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 05/01/2026Expected Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
