The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive the technical roadmap, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in software development. Experience with AI/ML for at least 1 year is a plus.Python Tech LeadLocation: GurgaonExperience: 7-8 YearsJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python applications. - Architecture & Design: Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Flask and FastAPI. - Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Caching & Message Queues: Implement caching strategies using Redis and manage event-driven architecture with Kafka. - Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Cloud Services: Manage deployments on AWS and GCP, optimizing cost and performance. - DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth software delivery. - System Administration: Work with Linux environments for scripting, automation, and server management. - Version Control: Ensure best practices in code management using VCS (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). - Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices. - AI/ML Integration (Good to Have): Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate ML models into Python applications.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7-8 years of professional experience in Python development. - Strong experience with Flask and FastAPI. - Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Hands-on experience with Redis and Kafka. - Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Experience deploying applications on AWS and GCP. - Solid understanding of Linux administration. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with Git and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities. - Good to Have: At least 1 year of experience in AI/ML.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in microservices architecture. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Exposure to security best practices in cloud and backend development.-Reach out at: richa.chauhan@/8587021720
