With a flagship State-of-the-art Spice Processing facility in Odisha, TFarms is poised to transform the region's farming industry, setting new standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the complete financial operations of our Spice processing industry. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in finance and Accounting works, preferably within agro-processing, spice processing or FMCG manufacturing sectors. This role is responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, statutory compliance, cost optimization, Supply chain management and strategic financial planning to drive sustainable business growth.Location: Bhubaneswar.Sector: Spice Processing IndustrySalary: 4.0 LPA to 8.5 LPAKey Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations of the processing industry.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.Implement and monitor internal financial controls and systems.Handle costing and inventory valuation related to production and processing units.Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding, working capital, and other requirements.Support senior management with financial insights and business performance reports.Monitor and optimize cash flow, expenses, and profitability.Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: CA / CMA / / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.Industry Background: Mandatory experience in process industry (preferably agri-processing, herbal extracts, or spice industry).Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance.Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally / SAP / similar).Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Key Skills:Financial Planning & AnalysisBudgeting & Cost ControlStatutory ComplianceAudit & ReportingTeam ManagementProcess Industry FinanceERP / Tally Expertise
