Our products are top performers on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Nykaa, etc), we're growing our offline presence in a big way (Reliance, Nature’s Basket, Noble Plus etc.) & are funded by India’s best Consumer VC Funds – Orbimed Fireside Ventures, Vertex Ventures, Sharrp Ventures, 3One4 Capital & Jetty Ventures.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial reporting, including preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IGAAP.Support and drive the ongoing IGAAP to Ind-AS migration project, ensuring accurate alignment with new reporting standards.Manage Internal Financial Controls (IFC) documentation, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Oversee month-end book closure activities for foreign subsidiaries (USA & UAE), covering accounting, transaction reviews, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.Work closely with Big 4 audit firms to ensure timely completion of statutory audits for the parent entity and international subsidiaries.Coordinate and manage the internal audit process, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.Conduct periodic review of books, inter-company reconciliations, and alignment of subsidiary accounting with the parent entity’s policies.Supervise banking operations, payments, and funds management for subsidiaries and other activities to support audit closure and complianceRequirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and audits, preferably with exposure to Ind-AS.Strong technical knowledge of Ind-AS and IGAAP accounting standards & hands-on experience in financial consolidation.Proven ability to collaborate with Big 4 auditors and manage statutory audit timelines effectively.High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho Books, and other finance/accounting tools.
