Job Title: IT Infrastructure Bid ManagerLocation: ChennaiJob Summary:The IT Infrastructure Bid Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for IT infrastructure projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure bids are aligned with client needs, competitive, and meet all requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate IT infrastructure project opportunities. - Develop winning bid strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives. - Analyze RFPs, assess feasibility, risks, and compliance requirements. - Lead cross-functional bid teams (technical, financial, legal, etc.) to develop compelling proposals. - Coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions. - Engage with clients throughout the bid process, including presentations and negotiations. - Track bid performance (win rates, volumes) and implement process improvements.Skills and Qualifications:- 15year Total experience and min 5+ years in bid management or similar roles, preferably in the IT infrastructure Products and Services - Bachelor's Engineering degree MBA / MCA in IT, Electronics, Computer Science. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., Server, Storage, SAN, Networking, Security Appliances, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Managed Services, AMC Services etc) - Experience with bid management software and tools. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling multiple OEM Products and Solutions and OEM connect.
