Ltd. is seeking a driven and closure-oriented Business Development Manager to take end-to-end ownership of IT services sales. This role is designed for someone who can generate leads independently, engage decision-makers, and close revenue—not just follow up on inbound leads.The role is WFO from Gurugram, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue OwnershipOwn the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closureMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMaintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRMLead Generation & ProspectingDrive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, networking, and platformsIdentify and engage CXOs, Founders, CTOs, and decision-makersQualify opportunities based on business fit, budget, and timelinesClient Engagement & ClosuresConduct in-person and virtual discovery meetingsCollaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and estimatesLead negotiations and close deals independentlyEnsure smooth transition to delivery teams post-closureMarket Expansion & PartnershipsExplore channel partnerships, resellers, and strategic alliancesAttend industry events, meetups, and conferences when requiredProvide market feedback to leadership for pricing and positioningRequired Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of IT services sales /П & Business Development experienceStrong understanding of web, mobile, and custom software developmentProven ability to generate leads and close deals independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working from office and traveling as requiredTarget-driven mindset with ownership attitudePreferred QualificationsExperience selling to India, Middle East, US, or UK marketsExposure to AI, SaaS, Cloud, Data, or Enterprise solutionsExisting client or partner networkKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly qualified leads generatedRevenue closed per month/quarterConversion rate from lead to closureAverage deal sizeSales cycle durationWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentivesDirect ownership of revenue and growthFast-paced environment with leadership exposureOpportunity to grow into senior sales leadership roles
