Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Architect / Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project development from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and sustainable designs. The role requires coordination with multiple disciplines and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through final implementation.Coordinate and integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.Utilize architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and digital tools for visualization, documentation, and project integration.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback.Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiarity with BIM is a plus.Strong knowledge of all project phases, including MEP and structural coordination.Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.Experience liaising with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when required.Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
