The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial real estate leasing, corporate sales, or business development within IPCs, real estate firms, or allied industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Pipeline BuildingIdentify and prospect large enterprises (MNCs, BFSI, Tech Parks, Startups, etc.) for design & build opportunities.Track lease expiries, relocation opportunities, and new office developments for potential leads.Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and channel partnerships.Client Acquisition & Account ManagementNurture leads into active opportunities by engaging CXOs, real estate heads, and decision-makers.Act as the relationship owner for mid-to-large clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.Support proposal development, presentations, and contract closure in coordination with senior leadership.Channel Partner EngagementLeverage broker networks, landlord connects, and IPC relationships to source consistent project leads.Maintain a strong database of market contacts and update it regularly with new opportunities.Work closely with external partners to stay plugged into early-stage discussions.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with internal design, strategy, and operations teams to align client needs with project deliverables.Provide feedback from the market to refine offerings and strengthen go-to-market positioning.Ideal Candidate Profile6–10 years of experience in business development, leasing, or key account management within IPCs, real estate, or corporate sales.Proven ability to generate and convert leads in the commercial interiors / real estate space.Established network of CXO-level decision-makers and broker/landlord ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong execution orientation — ability to independently drive client conversations and close deals.2Why Join Us?Opportunity to be a growth driver in a tech-led, globally scaling design & build venture.Entrepreneurial culture with high ownership and visibility.Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards.Exposure to marquee corporate clients and large-scale projects.RemunerationCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives + benefits.
