This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining printer hardware, resolving connectivity and performance issues, and ensuring smooth integration with BarTender label-printing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with thermal label printers, and familiarity with BarTender-based workflows.Key Responsibilities1. Printer Hardware Configuration & MaintenanceInstall, configure, and maintain thermal label printers and related hardware.Manage printer firmware updates and driver installations.Ensure printers are properly set up for optimal DPI, media type, ribbon, and printing conditions.2.
