Through our brand Hectare, we deliver reliable, high-quality cultivation tools that improve farming efficiency and productivity.Position: Quality InternEmployment Type: Internship (6 Months) → Full-Time based on performanceRole OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our quality team as Quality Interns. The selected candidates will work closely with the quality and production departments to inspect and verify the quality of cultivation tools under the Hectare brand.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and evaluate the quality of cultivation tools manufactured under the Hectare brand.Perform visual, functional, and dimensional checks as per defined specifications.Document inspection results and escalate any deviations or defects.Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements.Assist in implementing quality protocols, testing procedures, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis activities.Educational QualificationDiploma or Btech in Mechanical EngineeringSkills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of farm tools and agricultural equipment (preferred).Strong observational and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines.Good communication and reporting skills.Team-player with willingness to learn and adapt.Internship Benefits₹15,000 in-hand per month during the 6-month internship.Free accommodation provided by the company.Hands-on training on quality inspection processes.Full-time role opportunity after internship based on performance.How to apply : Interested candidates can send their resume to people@
