Job Description – Exe / Sr Executive Collection· Should be Graduate 1+years of experience in credit collection / B2B collection process. · Experience in Billing, collections dispute management, customer service and cash application.· Submitting invoices through portals for global customers. · Experience working with global BPO / KPO / Shared services · Optimise the cash collection from customers and ensure customers pay within the agreed payment terms.· Understanding order management, Preparing Cash Forecasting report based request. · Maintaining monthly report and Account Reconciliation. · Experience/knowledge in ERP of SAP oracle will added advantage. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Preferably immediate joiner
