Job Title

We are looking for a talented and creative UX Designer with 2-3 Years of experience who can seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in user experience design of making intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Fintech/Baking SaaS products, while also being proficient in company branding, marketing design, newsletters, social media creatives, and graphic design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to deliver designs that not only look great but perform exceptionally.Work Location: Bangalore (WFO)Experience: 2-3yrsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.Develop and maintain the company’s branding across all platforms.Design marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, landing pages, etc.Create engaging visual content for social media, blogs, and other digital campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign goals through creative assets.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.Take ownership of graphic design work including illustrations, icons, and presentations.Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.Required Skills and Qualifications2-3 years of experience in UX design and graphic design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.Experience designing for digital platforms including websites, emails, and social media.Ability to turn abstract ideas into visually appealing designs.Familiarity with basic UX research methods and usability testing.Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio showcasing design work.Nice to HaveExperience working with SaaS or tech-based companies.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.Why Join Workfall?Fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive work environment.Opportunity to work on impactful projects with a growing global company.Learning and development opportunities to accelerate your career.
