The role acts as the on-shift authority for incident handling and operational coordination, serving as the Incident Commander for high-severity incidents until formal Major Incident Management (MiM) takes over.Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)Contract : 3 months, (extendable)Experience : 10+ yearsCandidates open to relocate to Riyadh are welcome.Only immediate joiners will be considered for this opportunity.Required Skills & Experience10 years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, Command Center, or Service Desk roles.Prior experience as a Shift Lead / Team Lead in a 24×7 operations environment.Strong hands-on experience with Incident Management and escalation handling.Proficiency in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.Strong decision-making ability under pressure.Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise Command Center Analysts during the assigned shift.Monitor real-time operations, alerts, and service health dashboards.Manage workload distribution and ensure timely triage and escalation of incidents.Act as on-shift Incident Commander for high-severity incidents (Sev 1 / Sev 2).Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.Validate shift readiness, including staffing, tools, and monitoring coverage.Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders during incidents.Ensure accurate documentation in ITSM tools and high-quality shift handovers.Perform on-shift coaching, mentoring, and quality checks for analysts.Participate in post-incident reviews and provide inputs for continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.Experience working in large-scale enterprise or managed services environments.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
