Learn more at Dar Al-Handasah and Sidaracollaborative.Responsibilities/ Skillsets:Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed drawings, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and alignment plans for highway and road projects.Assist engineers in developing design layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Ensure that all drawings comply with company, client, and international standards.Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files and drawings.Support the design team in quantity estimation, geometric design, and preparation of BOQs.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structures, drainage, utilities, etc.) to ensure design consistency.Review and update drawings based on design revisions and project feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications:Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.4 –10 years of relevant drafting experience in highway / road design projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or MicroStation is an added advantage.Familiarity with highway design standards such as IRC, MoRTH, AASHTO, or DMR.Good understanding of geometric design principles and highway components.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working on international highway projects (e.g., Middle East, Africa, or Europe).Exposure to BIM or 3D modeling workflows for infrastructure projects.Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
