Hiring: Senior Data Engineering Manager / Application & Data Delivery LeadWork Location: Bangalore – Mandatory Work from OfficeContract Duration: 6 MonthsMandatory SkillSenior Data Engineering Manager with strong experience in Application Management and Application SupportRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Application & Data Delivery Lead to lead the Applications and Data Services tower for a client program. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across application management and Azure-centric data engineering services. Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead delivery for the Applications & Data tower, covering application management and data engineering services (Azure-centric).Ensure delivery governance through SLA/KPI management, reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.Oversee project and program delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.Work with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile delivery models to manage development backlogs and delivery milestones.Support architecture and delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and reporting solutions in collaboration with technical leads.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance.Coordinate with cross-functional delivery towers including Infrastructure, Security, and Technical Services.Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and governance across teams.Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to analysts, developers, and senior technical staff.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with 3+ years in a tower lead / delivery manager role.Strong experience managing enterprise applications and data platforms, including Azure Data Engineering, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related integrations.Solid technical understanding of application development, Agile methodologies, and data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines, governance, optimization).Proven experience in managed services delivery and enterprise-scale project management.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Hands-on experience with service governance frameworks, SLA/KPI tracking, and vendor management.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional delivery environments.
