With passion and strategic vision, over the past 20 years, Weldcom has continuously expanded in scale, efficiency and professionalism, affirming its leading position in the industry and becoming a strategic and trustworthy partner. trusted by many large domestic and foreign enterprises.Currently, we want to recruit 05 employees to work at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India*ResponsibilitiesRobot Engineer:Programming, adjusting, and optimizing ABB robot programs (RAPID).Performing OLP (Offline Programming) and/or teaching the robot directly on site.Integrating robots with PLCs, sensors, cameras, welding/gluing/gripper tools, or other peripheral devices.Checking, simulating, and validating work cycles according to SOPs and safety standards.Supporting commissioning, FAT, SAT, and handover to the customer.Troubleshooting robot issues and providing production support upon request.Experience with ABB robots 7600, 6700 using IRC5 controllers and the new Omicrone series.PLC Engineer :PLC programming according to company standards.Operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of automobile production lines.Qualifications- Years of experience: Minimum 2 years in similar work- Engineers graduated from college or higher in majors related to mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics- Have experience or understanding of Simien, Robot, PLC, HMI, Sensor, Machine Vision, SCAD systemExperienced with Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500)Programming Siemens PLCs using TIA PortalKnowledge of PLC safety; previously programmed projects involving safety PLCsProgramming HMI and SCADA systems; familiar with WinCC Professional and WinCC UnifiedExperience working on projects in the Body Shop of automotive manufacturing plants is a plusGood understanding of inverters (SEW, G120, ...)Experienced working with ABB robotsCommissioning projects at factories, optimizing production lines, and handing over to customersExperienced with related devices: proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, Festo components, Sick scanners, light curtains, Albany doors, safety doors, etc.Benefits:- Income from 500 USD - 900 USD, including salary + allowance + bonus.- Participate in excellent human resource development policies: receive annual training funds to proactively participate in external courses and participate in in-house training programs.- Social insurance, annual leave, holidays, etc. 100% in accordance with local labor laws- Working in an environment that values employees and has a clear corporate culture.- Work 6 days/week, off Sunday.
