The role focuses on workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the plant. The position requires close coordination with production teams and plant management to ensure smooth HR functioning. Key Responsibilities1.HR Operations & AdministrationManage day-to-day HR activities at the plantMaintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentationHandle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities2. Recruitment & StaffingCoordinate hiring for plant-level positionsConduct initial screenings and interviewsSupport manpower planning as per production requirements3. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries, concerns, and grievancesPromote a safe, productive, and harmonious work environmentConduct employee engagement and communication initiatives4. Statutory Compliance & Payroll SupportEnsure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, leave data, and wage processingSupport audits and statutory inspections5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs for plant employeesCoordinate skill development, induction, and safety training programs6.
