Educational Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.• MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CIB) are an added advantage2. Experience• 3-7 years of experience in corporate or business banking, preferably in working capital finance / commercial lending with Proven experience managing SME / Mid-Corporate client portfolios.• Strong background in credit analysis, cash flow assessment, and trade finance.3. Technical Skills• In-depth knowledge of working capital products:• Cash credit / overdraft, Trade finance (LCs, BGs), Short-term loans• Ability to interpret financial statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow projections.• Skilled in credit underwriting, risk assessment, and preparing credit proposals.• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.4. Relationship Management Skills• Ability to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.• Strong negotiation and cross-selling ability for banking products.• Effective client communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to maintain high-value relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.5.
