Job Title: Textile Export ManagerIndustry: TextileLocation: Mumbai – Lower ParelExperience Required: Minimum 5+ Years Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Textile Export Manager to manage and grow international business for finished textile products and raw materials, including strong control over export operations and receivables.Key ResponsibilitiesManage export sales and operations for finished goods and raw materialsDevelop and maintain international buyer relationshipsHandle export inquiries, costing, and price negotiationsManage order processing from confirmation to shipmentCoordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teamsPrepare, review, and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.)Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and IncotermsPrepare, analyze, and regularly monitor receivables ageing analysis; follow up with buyers and coordinate with accounts/banks for timely payment realizationLiaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and banksIdentify and develop new export marketsPrepare sales, shipment, and ageing MIS reports for managementKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of textile products, raw materials & finishingIn-depth understanding of export procedures & documentationProven experience in handling LC, DP, DA, and open accountHands-on experience in ageing analysis and payment follow-upsExcellent English communication & negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting toolsQualificationBachelor’s degree in Textiles / International Business / CommerceEXIM certification preferred
