With a strong technology backbone and nationwide delivery capabilities, we manage large-volume, multi-location health programs with a sharp focus on outcomes, quality, and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven Process Head – Health Check Operations to lead and scale Truworth Wellness’s nationwide corporate health check and diagnostics operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building robust, tech-enabled, and scalable operational frameworks that can support large enterprise clients across India.The ideal candidate will bring a strong technology foundation (BTech/MTech) combined with deep, hands-on operations experience in managing corporate health checks, diagnostics, OPD, or allied wellness services. Experience in a health-tech company, diagnostics aggregator, or enterprise health check partner is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead end-to-end operations for corporate health checks and diagnostic services across India.Own operational SLAs, TATs, service quality metrics, and client satisfaction outcomes.Design and implement scalable operating models for high-volume, multi-location corporate deployments.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Technology, Product, Sales, Quality, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Provide structured operational inputs for product enhancements, automation, and platform optimization.Team Leadership & ManagementBuild, mentor, and manage central and regional operations teams.Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.Drive a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.Client Management & GovernanceEnsure smooth onboarding and rollout for large and complex corporate accounts.Lead escalation management, root-cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.Drive structured MIS, dashboards, and operational analytics for internal leadership and clients.Process Excellence & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and institutionalize SOPs, compliance frameworks, QC protocols, and audit mechanisms.Leverage technology to automate manual workflows and improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBTech / MTech or equivalent technology degree (mandatory).7–12+ years of operations experience, preferably in one or more of the following:Corporate health check operationsHealth-tech or diagnostics aggregator environmentsEnterprise wellness or preventive care programsProven experience managing large-scale, multi-city operations.Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.Key CompetenciesOperational leadership and execution excellenceStrong process orientation and analytical thinkingDeep understanding of diagnostics and health check workflowsTech-driven mindset with exposure to dashboards, reporting systems, and API-led integrationsPeople leadership and team developmentStrong client-first and outcome-driven mindset
