The candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of reinsurance requirements within our PAS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document Reinsurance contract structures, terms, and calculation logic.Collaborate with ETL developers to design and validate data pipelines for inbound and outbound integrations with the PAS system.Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for data transformation and mapping.Support testing and validation of reinsurance data flows and calculations.Provide subject matter expertise on Reinsurance processes, including treaty and facultative arrangements. Required Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of Reinsurance principles and calculations.Experience with ProCede (FIS Global) or similar PAS systems is highly desirable.Ability to work closely with technical teams on ETL and data integration projects.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
