They specialize in EDI, managed file transfer, and secure B2B communication platforms, enabling seamless data exchange between customers, vendors, and internal systems.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, support, and maintain high-volume B2B integrations using IBM Sterling IntegratorSupport mission-critical integrations with tight SLAs in a fast-paced environmentDevelop, configure, and troubleshoot EDI integrations across multiple formatsPerform gap analysis between business requirements and technical solutionsCreate and maintain design and technical documentationWork with file formats including EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, JSON, CSV, flat files, and tab-delimited filesConfigure and support communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VANManage support tickets including triage, enhancements, reprocessing, and retransmissionCollaborate with customers, vendors, and internal sales/technical teamsCoordinate and facilitate internal and external technical callsUtilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reportingMandatory Skills✔ Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator✔ Strong experience in EDI ANSI X12 and EDI translation tools✔ Knowledge of data formats: XML, cXML, JSON, CSV, flat files✔ Experience with file transfer tools such as CoreFTP, FileZilla✔ Expertise in communication methods: AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN✔ Solid understanding of IT and B2B integration concepts✔ Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data validation✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)
