This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury product development—from early inspiration and material study to form exploration and packaging concepts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop product and visual moodboards aligned with ROSAE’s luxury aestheticCreate concept sketches for lipstick bullets, compacts, palettes, and accessoriesResearch materials, finishes, surface treatments, and components suitable for premium beauty packagingBuild colour references, texture maps, and finish explorationsStudy Jaipur, Mughal, and Rajasthani motifs and translate them into contemporary design elementsAssist with CAD drafts or digital renderings (where applicable)Create a structured 50-board Inspiration Archive for the ROSAE design systemCollaborate with heritage researchers and business strategy internsWhat We’re Looking ForStudent (any discipline with strong design skills) from a top-tier school like NID, NIFT, etc..Aesthetic sensitivity and refined tasteStrong visual research abilitiesComfort with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CADAbility to deliver fast, polished output Obsession with beauty, luxury, and storytelling
