Based in New Delhi, Ajnaa combines tradition with contemporary elegance for the jewelry enthusiast. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role located at our studio in New Delhi. The Jewelry Designer will conceptualize and create innovative jewelry designs, blending traditional and contemporary styles in alignment with Ajnaa's brand identity. Responsibilities include sketching and drafting designs, creating product prototypes, collaborating with in-house artisans to ensure production quality, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop precise and intricate designs. Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready pieces will be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Jewelry Design and Drawing techniquesExperience in designing Fashion Jewelry and Product DesignKnowledge and expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for jewelry creationStrong attention to detail and a passion for design aestheticsAbility to work as part of a collaborative team and coordinate with artisansDegree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferredUnderstanding of Indian craftsmanship and traditional jewelry art is a plus
