About the RoleA 360-event management role, leading event logistics across any chosen in-person/ online/ hybrid education programs delivered within your supported market.Partner with Program Manager, Business Education Partners & Trainers to execute in-person/ online/ hybrid education events, from set-up to on-the-ground support, to data analysis of survey & attendance feedback.ResponsibilitiesBuild out invites, sharing enrollment links and managing RSVP numbers for in-person and online education events.Sharing RSVP numbers with Sales partners on a regular cadence to ensure there's an adequate no. of attendees to run the event.Maintain the training calendar for supported markets, adding and updating training dates to ensure accuracy of event dates/ programs within your supported market.Set up and moderate online trainings on the required platforms (eg. Intellum LMS, Zoom, WebEx etc.) to ensure a seamless online education event delivery, including adding polls, handouts, surveys, Q&A's resolving any technical issues, leading a test-run, presenting house-keeping etc.Prepare printing materials for in-person training events when required, working alongside the Program Manager to ensure materials are localized for the market and the most up-to-date versions & translations are being used.If in-person events are required, partner with catering, AV and any other suppliers needed to successfully plan & run external events.Provide on the ground support for in-person Certification Events if required, including setting up the rooms, be in touch with the sales team from the beginning of the process to make sure they understand all the requirements for the events, confirm we are ok to proceed, be the POC for the proctoring team making sure we are aligned, support with testing software & internet bandwidth, setting up laptops and exam proctoring if needed.Maintain and update the Business Education program tracking document with your market’s education event data, including RSVP & final attendee numbers, and other session details.Monitor and provide regular reporting to support global programs/initiative, including AEP, MBPA and any other newly introduced educational programs.Partner with Program Managers on new program launches, building out new processes & training global team on implementing these processes, based on expertise & feedback.Manage our online help-desk, responding to user queries relating the Blueprint platform and products within the 24 hr SLA, ensuring you're collaborating frequently with the global BizEd team, staying upskilled on any new product or platform changes.Support with any language translations within the region when needed, occasionally support other regions globally when required.Gather and share feedback and insights on the processes, trainings you support and tools which are being used.
