Our space is designed to feel cozy, vibrant, and full of personality — reflecting the passion and creativity behind every dish.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Guest Services Associate for our new outlet at M3M IFC, Sector 66, Gurgaon. This is a full-time, on-site role.The Guest Services Associate will be the face of So Tammy’s — welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, managing dine-in flow, handling reservations and queries, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service.Key Responsibilities:Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their visitManage seating, reservations, and guest flow during busy hoursCommunicate menu offerings confidently and make recommendationsAddress customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionallyCoordinate smoothly with kitchen and service teamsMaintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining areaUphold So Tammy’s hospitality standards and create memorable guest experiencesQualificationsStrong customer service and guest-handling skillsExcellent communication—listening, speaking, and interpersonal abilitiesFriendly, confident, and proactive personalityAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentTeam-player with attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatoryFreshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome
