IT Asset Management – L1 / L2 We are hiring for IT Asset Management roles (L1 & L2) in End User Services. The roles involve managing IT asset operations from allocation to lifecycle tracking, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of assets.Key Responsibilities (L1 & L2): • Handle IT asset allocation, collection, staging, IMAC requests, and stock movement. • Support OS installation, imaging, and device readiness for rollout. • Maintain accurate asset records, inventory reconciliation, and compliance documentation. • Execute Physical Asset Verification (PAV), warehouse stock accuracy, and audit support. • Coordinate with users, HR, logistics, and vendors for asset provisioning and pickups. • Deliver daily MIS updates, error-free documentation, and process improvement suggestions. • Provide escalated support (L2) for advanced staging, benchmarking, and training/guide L1 where required.Skills & Experience: • L1: 1–3 years in IT Asset Management / Desktop Support / IT Operations. • L2: 2–5 years with strong OS deployment (Windows/Mac), imaging, and inventory handling. • Good hardware knowledge (laptops/desktops/Mac), Excel, reporting, and coordination skills.Education: Any Graduate: (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc IT or related)
