Our teams work closely with marquee global clients, driving execution excellence, governance, and predictable delivery outcomes.Role SummaryPeople Tech Group is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Scrum/Agile background to lead program and project execution for an onsite enterprise client engagement.This role is program and delivery focused, not hands-on technical development. However, the TPM must possess a strong understanding of technical concepts, Agile practices, and delivery frameworks to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and senior client stakeholders.The TPM will act as a delivery owner, Scrum leader, and coordination bridge between People Tech Group teams and the client’s business and engineering stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementOwn end-to-end delivery of programs and projects for the onsite enterprise engagement.Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Track execution against plans and ensure adherence to committed schedules and outcomes.Maintain program dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership communication.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalations; drive resolution with stakeholders.Scrum & Agile LeadershipAct as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Ensure effective backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint readiness.Drive Agile discipline, metrics, and continuous improvement across teams.Coach teams on Agile best practices to improve velocity, quality, and predictability.Stakeholder & Client ManagementWork closely with client product owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to understand priorities and expectations.Serve as the primary point of coordination for delivery updates, risks, and dependencies.Ensure alignment between People Tech Group teams and client stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables.Build trust through clear communication, transparency, and consistent execution.Technical Oversight (Non-Hands-On)Maintain a high-level understanding of system architectures, integrations, workflows, and technical dependencies.Participate in technical discussions to ensure delivery feasibility and alignment with program goals.Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.Process & Delivery ExcellenceImplement and continuously improve program governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks.Ensure adherence to People Tech Group’s delivery standards, quality processes, and compliance requirements.Promote operational excellence and structured execution across teams.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, with 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role.Strong exposure to technology-driven projects (software, systems, cloud, integrations).Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint cycles, and delivery metrics.Proven experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite client environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting aerospace, aviation, or large engineering-driven enterprises (nice to have).Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering artifacts.Personal AttributesHighly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.Comfortable operating in onsite, high-visibility, client-facing roles.Why Join People Tech GroupWork onsite with large global enterprise clients on mission-critical programs.High visibility role with strong exposure to client leadership and internal stakeholders.Collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on delivery excellence.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including family health insurance.Three meals a day at the office (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).Long-term growth opportunities in a fast-scaling, AI-driven organization.
