With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Copilot agent development and context engineering This role is pivotal in designing intelligent contextaware AI systems that enhance user productivity and decisionmaking across enterprise applicationsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of Copilotstyle AI agents for enterprisegrade applicationsArchitect and implement contextaware systems that dynamically adapt to user intent workflows and domainspecific knowledgeCollaborate with product managers UX designers and data scientists to deliver seamless AI experiencesDevelop and optimize prompt engineering frameworks memory systems and retrievalaugmented generation RAG pipelinesIntegrate LLMs eg GPT Claude Gemini with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance agent capabilitiesEnsure scalability reliability and security of AI solutions in production environmentsMentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development and deploymentRequired Qualifications8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AIML or LLMbased systemsProven experience building Copilot agents virtual assistants or intelligent automation toolsStrong understanding of context engineering including memory management user modeling and personalizationProficiency in Python JavaScript or similar languages used in AI developmentExperience with LLM APIs OpenAI Anthropic Google etc and orchestration frameworks LangChain Semantic Kernel etcFamiliarity with vector databases eg Pinecone Weaviate FAISS and embedding modelsExcellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise SaaS platforms eg Microsoft 365 Salesforce ServiceNowKnowledge of prompt tuning finetuning and evaluation of LLMsExposure to multimodal AI systems text image voiceContributions to opensource AI projects or publications in the field"Mandatory Skills✔ hands-on experience with Copilot & LLM and Context Engineering✔Knowledge of PythonImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)
