Analytics Developer – Digital Experience & MarTech MSOFull-Time | India with U.S. overlap hours | Immediate Joiner (Preferred) | ChennaiAbout the RoleWe are expanding our multi-skilled POD teams that deliver day-to-day Digital Managed Services & Operations (MSO) for leading U.S. brands in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services.As an Analytics Developer, you will own the data tracking, reporting, and insights layer within the team. Your work will focus on setting up accurate measurement frameworks, building stakeholder dashboards, and delivering clear insights that guide optimization decisions and demonstrate business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain advanced web analytics implementations using the Google 360 suite (GA4, GTM)Design and implement data layers and tag management strategies for reliable event tracking across web and app experiencesDevelop custom reports and automated dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (e.g., user acquisition, engagement, conversion funnels)Build interactive visualization dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Domo for executive and operational stakeholdersPerform in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, funnel bottlenecks, and optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, development, and UX team members to ensure data accuracy and actionable insightsSupport monthly business reviews with data-driven recommendations tied to growth objectivesEnsure tracking implementations meet privacy and compliance standards (e.g., consent management, data governance)Required Experience & Skills4–7+ years in digital analytics implementation and analysis with deep expertise in:Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Advanced configuration including custom events, enhanced measurement, explorations, and data export integrationGoogle Tag Manager (GTM): Complex tag setups, variable management, trigger logic, and debugging for dynamic sitesData Layers & Tag Implementation: Designing and maintaining structured data layers for accurate behavioral and transactional trackingStrong Reporting & Visualization Skills:Proficiency in Looker Studio (data blending, calculated fields, community visualizations)Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, real-time datasets)Familiarity with Domo (cards, ETL, KPI monitoring) is advantageousTechnical Proficiency:Advanced SQL for data querying and analysisExperience integrating analytics with customer data platforms and personalization toolsKnowledge of A/B testing frameworks and statistical validationTeam Environment:Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team with daily collaboration and sprint-based deliveryBonus PointsExperience in regulated industries where data accuracy and compliance are criticalExposure to server-side tracking or additional enterprise analytics platformsPrevious work in ongoing support or multi-partner delivery environmentsYou AreDetail-oriented with a passion for accurate, reliable dataSkilled at turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insightsProactive in identifying issues and opportunities before they are raisedA strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with marketing and technical colleaguesTo ApplySend your CV and a Cover Letter in the format below to sahithya.s@Cover Letter: Write a cover letter with an honest self-rating of your hands-on experience with respect to the following aspects of the role (section 1 below), and answering the following questions.
