About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-caliber founding team building an AI-first platform that solves complex, real-world problems at scale. This is a hands-on, senior role with strong ownership across model development, ML infrastructure, and production deployment.You will play a key role in shaping the ML architecture, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring engineers while working closely with product and domain experts.Key Responsibilities• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems • Own end-to-end ML workflows including training, inference, and evaluation • Develop production-grade models using structured & unstructured data • Make architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs • Review code and maintain high engineering standards • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong ML cultureMust-Have Qualifications• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science or related field (preferably IIT/NIT/IISC alumni) • 6+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering • Strong foundation in ML algorithms (classical ML) and system design • Experience deploying ML models at scale in production • Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark ML, scikit-learn • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to Have• Experience with real-time or time-series data • Exposure to on-prem or edge ML deployments • Background in startup or fast-paced product environmentsWhat We Offer• Competitive compensation • Equity in a fast-growing AI startup • High-impact role with ownership and visibility • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ML & GenAI systemsHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply here or DM for the detailed company profile and role brief.
