Job Title: Manager – SurveillanceExperience: 3+ years in financial services or stock exchange-related roles.Location: Chennai, IndiaRole OverviewWe are looking for a Manager - Surveillance to monitor and ensure the integrity of trading activities. The role involves tracking stock price movements, identifying anomalies, and taking appropriate actions to maintain market transparency and fairness.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor stock movements (price and volume) and generate alerts for significant deviations.Investigate unusual activities and implement surveillance actions (e.g., price band adjustments, transfer to special segments, or inclusion in ASM/GSM).Verify rumors and communicate with companies for clarifications.Prepare daily/periodic reports on surveillance actions and market status for senior management and regulators.Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Trade, Investigation) and external regulators Required Qualifications & Experience Education : MBA and NISM certification.
