About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.You will deliver play-based and sensory-integrated therapy, design structured intervention plans, and collaborate closely with parents and a multidisciplinary therapy team to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy pediatric practice, value structured workflows, and thrive in an inclusive, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 and small-group occupational therapy sessions using play-based and sensory integration approachesAssess fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional skillsDesign individualized, goal-oriented intervention plans based on assessmentsSupport children with sensory regulation, attention, motor planning, handwriting, and daily-living skillsGuide parents with home programs, sensory strategies, and carryover activitiesCollaborate with Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Special Educators, and Nutritionists for integrated careMaintain accurate documentation using digital trackers, progress notes, and parent-friendly reportsParticipate in weekly peer reviews, supervision sessions, and growth discussionsContribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive therapy environmentQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)Pediatric experience preferred (1–2 years welcome)Exposure to:Sensory Integration TherapyADL coachingPlay-based and functional therapy modelsStrong communication skills with children and parentsComfortable working within structured workflows and digital record-keeping systemsRCI registration preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)SkillsPediatric assessment, Sensory processing & regulation strategies, Fine & gross motor intervention planning, ADL training and functional skill development, Parent training & counselling, Documentation & progress reporting, Multidisciplinary collaborationNote: HirePal is a Talent Partner to leading Hospitals and Medical Care Centres.
