Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to manage Made-to-Order (MTO) and vendor-fulfilled orders for our e-commerce platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, third-party vendors, and logistics partners to deliver orders accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Vendor CoordinationReceive and process Made-to-Order and special orders from the e-commerce systemAllocate orders to the correct vendors / manufacturers with clear specificationsShare order details, timelines, and quality expectations with vendorsTimeline & Follow-upsTrack each order from order confirmation to dispatchFollow up regularly with vendors to ensure production timelines are metEscalate delays proactively and work on quick resolutionsProcess & TrackingMaintain a clean, trackable order workflow (order status, vendor updates, expected dispatch dates)Update order status in the system accurately and on timeEnsure all handovers between vendor → warehouse → logistics are properly recordedQuality & Dispatch ReadinessCoordinate with QC and warehouse teams to ensure correct pieces are receivedFlag mismatches, defects, or missing components immediatelyEnsure orders are dispatch-ready as per promised timelinesCustomer & Internal CoordinationCoordinate with customer support for delivery commitments and updatesSupport resolution of order-related queries, delays, or exceptionsWork closely with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teamsRequired Skills & Experience1–3 years experience in:E-commerce operations, order management, or supply chain coordinationOR vendor follow-up / production coordination rolesStrong follow-up and communication skillsComfortable working with multiple vendors simultaneouslyGood understanding of e-commerce order flowsAbility to maintain structured data, trackers, and checklistsDetail-oriented with strong ownership mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience in fashion / apparel / ethnic wear industryFamiliarity with Shopify, OMS, or ERP systemsExperience handling Made-to-Order or custom productsWhat We OfferWork with a heritage brand scaling globallyExposure to end-to-end e-commerce operationsFast-paced learning environmentOpportunity to grow into operations or supply chain leadership roles
