The Transaction Advisory Services practice is seeking Senior Associate to join a collaborative, growing team. You will work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team to facilitate/lead buy-side and sell- side related engagements. Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is preferred 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier accredited public accounting or consulting firmStrong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAPStrong project management skillsStrong oral presentation and written communication skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience in working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related professionals in the USExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the client as well as internallyAttention to detail, deadlines and working efficientlyAble to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skillsFlexibility in daily work schedule to be available for occasional client time-sensitive requests or deliverablesWe strongly believe in a supportive work environment where all our colleagues can succeed. Our professionals have decades of experience advising clients in every aspect of the transaction, from pre-LOI stage through closing.
