HiL Testing Engineer:Test Execution:Perform HIL-based functional and integration testing for automotive ECUs (e.g., Powertrain, ADAS, Body Control).Execute automated and manual test cases on HIL benches.Test Development:Assist in creating and maintaining test scripts using tools such as dSPACE, Vector CANoe, or NI VeriStand. Any one is mandatory.Support model-in-the-loop (MIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) test transitions to HIL.System Setup & Maintenance:Configure HIL systems, including signal mapping, I/O configuration, and simulation models.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on HIL benches.Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect and analyze test results; document defects and anomalies.Prepare test reports and communicate findings to development teams.Compliance & Standards:Ensure adherence to automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and OEM-specific guidelines.Collaboration:Work closely with software developers, system engineers, and validation teams to resolve issues.Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of automotive ECUs and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).Familiarity with HIL platforms (dSPACE, NI, ETAS) and tools like CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink.Understanding of embedded systems and real-time simulation.Experience: 3+ years in automotive testing
