The role involves reviewing incoming sales calls to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesActively listen to sales calls with strong attention to detail.Validate call quality, authenticity, and correctness of shared information.Accurately document call outcomes and details using Google Sheets or Excel.Coordinate with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues.Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive information.Experience & Requirements6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in listening to or validating calls.Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in call listening, call auditing, or call validation.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong active listening and analytical skills.Basic understanding of secretarial or administrative tasks.Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.Laptop with stable internet connectivity.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to work between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.BenefitsWork remotely from home.Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling digital marketing company.Supportive and collaborative team culture.
