Recognised among the Top 100 Startups at the TGI Global Summit and backed by accelerator collaborations like IIM Kozhikode, we’re now preparing for our next phase of global growth.We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join us as a Founding Team member and co-build the core AI stack from ground up.ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead AI Engineer, you will:Architect and own end-to-end Conversational AI systemsDesign LLM-powered workflows (RAG, tools, agents, memory)Build scalable voice + chat AI for enterprise use casesTranslate business problems into production-ready AI solutionsWork closely with Founder, CTO & Chief AI OfficerMentor engineers and set AI engineering standards This is a hands-on + leadership role.What You’ll Work OnLLM orchestration (OpenAI / Anthropic / OSS models)Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Prompt engineering & evaluation frameworksSpeech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech pipelinesConversation flow design & state managementAI safety, latency, and cost optimizationQualifications5+ years in AI / ML / Backend engineeringStrong experience in LLMs / Conversational AIProduction experience with Python, FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndexUnderstanding of vector DBs, embeddings, orchestrationStartup mindset – ownership Comfortable with ambiguity & building from zero to scale
