Qualifications: • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring. • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends. • Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
