Job Description

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. • Lead and mentor the recruitment team; drive performance and productivity. • Oversee end-to-end hiring for multiple functions, including leadership & niche roles. • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring decisions. • Build strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels. • Ensure recruitment process excellence, SLA adherence, and compliance. • Drive TA reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights. • Manage vendor relationships and support employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring. • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends. • Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
