About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our Doverunner SaaS-based Console. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, validating fixes, and ensuring smooth functionality across modules. In addition to manual testing, the candidate should have hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and basic scripting skills for test automation.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases and test plans.Own and execute automated testing of SaaS console features, workflows, and integrations.Conduct UI testing using Selenium, validating user workflows, UI behavior, and data interactions.Design, maintain, and execute automation scripts for repetitive workflows and regression cases.Document and track bugs in a structured manner, ensuring clear communication with developers.Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to validate fixes and enhancements.Ensure proper test coverage for releases and provide clear test reports/results to stakeholders.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release readiness activities.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience in Automation QA, preferably testing SaaS or web-based platforms.Strong experience with Selenium (UI testing, environment variables, assertions).Ability to write basic automation scripts (e.g., JavaScript snippets in Postman or using frameworks like Selenium/PyTest is a plus).Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect reporting.Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Atlasian, or similar).Good understanding of QA processes for Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience with UI migration testing (validating functionality and design consistency during UI upgrades/migrations).Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Newman, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).Experience with API automation beyond Postman Knowledge of SaaS-based security testing and performance validation.
