Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a US Recruiter located in Noida. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. Additional responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, providing detailed candidate assessments, and ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends to develop effective sourcing strategies and maintaining candidate databases. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesStrong understanding of US hiring laws, practices, and recruitment strategiesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet tight timelinesExperience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in US recruitment is highly desirableProblem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to evolving priorities
