Graphic Designer (Political Communications)Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, creative Graphic Designer to join our political consultancy. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content that shapes public perception and drives voter engagement. From social media campaigns to large-scale outdoor rallies, your work will be the face of our clients' political identities.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Visuals: Design digital assets for social media (Instagram, Facebook, X), including infographics, carousels, and rapid-response posters.Print Media: Create large-format designs for hoardings, banners, brochures, and "Prachar" materials.Branding: Develop and maintain consistent visual identities (logos, color palettes, typography) for political candidates and parties.Photo Manipulation: High-level editing and retouching of candidate photography to ensure a professional and approachable image.Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the content and data teams to turn complex polling data and manifestos into easy-to-understand visual stories.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or political background preferred).Software Proficiency: Mastery of AI platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
