Ltd.  Location: Bangalore, India [Willing to travel] Education: B.E./ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interiors or Architecture  Employment Type: Full-Time  Experience: 8-10 yearsDepartment: Project Manager  Type: Full-Time, On-Site  Job Summary:  We are hiring experienced and driven Project Managers to lead and oversee construction and interior turnkey projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships, while ensuring flawless project execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and interior projects. - Coordinate with architects, clients, PMC, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. - Drive project progress, track budgets, and resolve issues in real-time. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks. - Supervise site operations and drive the progress. - Coordinate with procurement and admin team for manpower requirement. - Prepare reports, client and contractor/suppliers billing and documentation. - Manage and motivate the team to drive timely project completion. - Overall responsibility for site safety and quality. Required Skills: - Proven leadership in managing interior fitouts and building projects. - Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and execution. - Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams under deadlines
