We are currently looking for sharp, enthusiastic individuals to join our AFC delivery team.The RoleAs a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will ensure that technology solutions align with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. Ideally, you have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial crime processes, and experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to ensuring alignment between tech solutions and business goals.Requirements & Design: Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Support the creation of process flows, data models, and system interaction diagrams.Implementation: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Support UAT planning and execution.Compliance: Ensure all proposed solutions and processes comply with AML, KYC, Sanctions, and other financial crime regulations.Process Improvement: Identify solutions that deliver value, focusing on cost avoidance, efficiency, and automation.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or technology consulting.Domain Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance (AML, KYC, Sanctions screening) and regulatory frameworks.
