CompanyUrban Plant – A fast-growing D2C home gardening & lifestyle brand 500,000+ customers | Multi-platform presence | Scaling aggressivelyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Senior E-Commerce Executive who will own and scale our presence across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.This is an end-to-end role, not a support role. You will be responsible for catalog, sales, ads coordination, inventory, operations, and performance tracking, working closely with internal teams and external partners.If you understand how marketplaces actually work on the ground and enjoy taking ownership of numbers, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations (End-to-End Ownership)Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplacesEnsure catalog accuracy, listing health, pricing, offers, and visibilityCoordinate with catalog, ops, and warehouse teams for smooth order flowMonitor order fulfillment, cancellations, RTOs, and returnsSales & Performance ManagementTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales performanceAnalyze marketplace reports to identify growth opportunities & issuesDrive sales through offer planning, deal participation, and optimizationEnsure adherence to platform SLAs and policiesAds & Visibility CoordinationWork closely with the ads/marketing team to:Share product insightsHighlight best-selling and high-potential SKUsImprove organic + paid visibilityMonitor basic ad performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, spend efficiency)Inventory & ForecastingPlan inventory based on sales velocity and seasonalityCoordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstockingMaintain inventory health across all platformsReporting & MISPrepare and share daily/weekly MIS reportsTrack KPIs like:SalesReturnsListing healthStock statusFlag risks early and propose corrective actionsWho We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills2–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplacesStrong understanding of:Seller Central / Flipkart Seller HubListing & catalog managementOrder lifecycle & marketplace policiesData-driven mindset with good Excel / Google Sheets skillsStrong coordination and execution abilityGood to HaveExperience in D2C brands or high-volume catalogsBasic understanding of Amazon Ads / Flipkart AdsExperience working with WMS or order management systemsPrior exposure to seasonal sales, events, and scaling phasesWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to own and scale large marketplace accountsWork directly with the founder & leadership teamFast-paced learning environment with real decision-making exposureCompetitive compensation + performance growth opportunitiesWhy Urban PlantAt Urban Plant, we don’t hire people to “manage tasks.” We hire people to own outcomes.If you want to build, scale, and grow a real D2C brand — this is your place.How to Apply
