We are currently looking for sharp, enthusiastic individuals to join our AFC delivery team.The Role As a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will ensure that technology solutions align with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. Ideally, you have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial crime processes, and experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments.Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management:Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to ensuring alignment between tech solutions and business goals. Requirements & Design:Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Support the creation of process flows, data models, and system interaction diagrams. Implementation:Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Support UAT planning and execution. Compliance:Ensure all proposed solutions and processes comply with AML, KYC, Sanctions, and other financial crime regulations. Process Improvement:Identify solutions that deliver value, focusing on cost avoidance, efficiency, and automation.Required Qualifications Experience:Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or technology consulting. Domain Knowledge:Deep knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance (AML, KYC, Sanctions screening) and regulatory frameworks. Experience working on large-scale FinCrime transformation programs. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis tools, APIs, and system integration concepts. Proficiency in standard BA tooling for process mapping (e.g., Visio, LucidChart) and requirements management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Exposure to cloud-based solutions and data analytics platforms is highly preferred.Preferred Attributes Communication:Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate problems and solutions logically. Agility:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguous or dynamic situations.
