CIM Operation Manager Experience: 6+ Years Location: Onsite - Mumbai Employment Type: ContractJob Overview We are seeking an experienced CIM Operation Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing CRM operations, coordinating offshore–onshore teams, overseeing ticketing workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and operational processes through effective communication and governance.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day CRM operations and operational workflows Coordinate effectively between offshore and onshore teams Monitor and manage ticket boards, ensuring timely resolution Perform status checks, track due dates, and follow up on pending items Identify and resolve missing or incomplete information in tickets Utilize JIRA for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management Handle timesheet management and ensure compliance Support and oversee campaign automation projects Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Operations Strong experience in CRM operations handling Proven experience working in an Offshore–Onshore delivery model Hands-on experience with JIRA Expertise in ticket management and workflow tracking Experience with timesheet handling Good command of written and spoken English Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Understanding of campaign automation projectsKey Skills Project Management, Operations Management, CRM Operations, Offshore–Onshore Coordination, Ticket Board Management, JIRA, Status Tracking, Due Date Monitoring, Timesheet Management, Campaign Automation, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication Skills
